Date of Issue of duplicate call letters - 27/07/2012 to 28/07/2012


Call letters indicating time and venue of examination center for the written examination to the provisionally eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent / are being sent at the address given in the application form. The rejection advice has also been sent to the ineligible candidates.

Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. Those provisionally eligible candidates who do not get call letter or who has been issued call letter with wrong name, community, category no, photograph and free travel authority (for SC/ST) may contact in person to respective Railway Railway Boards office as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs for getting correct duplicate call letter. Candidate should bring along with adequate proof of having submitted application ie copy of DD/PO, photograph, age proof, caste certificate etc. Status of application alongwith other details can be seen on its website.

It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issues only to those candidates whose name exists in master list of eligible candidates.
